My name is Annie Renney, and I’m the sourdough baker and proud owner behind Crookston Crumbs. My love for baking began in 2022, during a special season of life — while I was expecting my first child. What started as a simple hobby quickly turned into a deep passion. As a new mom, baking sourdough became both a creative outlet and a comforting ritual, one that steadily grew into something more.

Over the past two years as a stay-at-home mom, I’ve poured my heart into learning, experimenting, and perfecting the art of sourdough baking. That journey led me to take a leap of faith and pursue a longtime dream: opening my own at-home micro bakery.
